Website And Trade Terms
These terms govern use of the website and explain the commercial basis of inventory enquiries. A signed quotation or sales contract prevails for an actual transaction.
Inventory and written confirmation
Listings reflect information recorded at the time of publication. Availability, identity, condition, specification, mileage, documents and price remain subject to inspection and written confirmation. A website enquiry does not reserve a vehicle and is not an order or sale.
EXW price basis
All prices displayed on this website are EXW Nansha, Guangzhou, China vehicle prices under Incoterms® 2020. They cover the vehicle at the named EXW handover place and exclude loading, inland trucking, export declaration and clearance, port handling, ocean freight, insurance, destination charges, import clearance, duties, taxes and local delivery. We do not provide, arrange or quote those logistics services.
Buyer responsibilities and independent providers
The buyer independently selects, evaluates, appoints, contracts with and pays any freight forwarder, customs broker, insurer or other provider, and remains responsible for destination-country import eligibility, customs clearance, taxes, registration and local compliance. We may provide general information or contact details for independent providers, but this does not make us their agent, contracting party or guarantor. We do not guarantee that a vehicle can be imported or registered in the buyer's market.
Contract, payment, title and risk
Our written quotation, sales contract and payments to us cover the EXW vehicle sale only and must state the vehicle identity, EXW handover place, included documents, payment method, transfer of title and transfer of risk. Any logistics contract and payment is solely between the buyer and the independent provider. We do not collect logistics charges and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, do not accept responsibility for a provider's quotation, route, timing, performance, loss, damage or clearance outcome. If the vehicle sale documents conflict with this page, the signed sales contract controls.
Website use and intellectual property
You may use the website to evaluate inventory and submit genuine enquiries. Do not attack the service, bypass access controls, submit unlawful material, scrape personal data or reproduce site content for commercial use without permission. Vehicle media may contain third-party rights.
Accuracy and liability
We take reasonable care when publishing inventory but website content may be corrected or updated. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for losses caused by a buyer relying on unconfirmed website information or failing to check destination requirements. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
